We requested Tony Packer. Tony had previously helped us out, and he was/is wonderful! He is innately charming, intelligent, kind, patient, and thoughtful. Also, Tony is a highly skilled professional who consistently does beautiful work. The Legacy staff has been great! They are efficient and want to do whatever they can to assist in solving our plumbing situation. Taylor Cox with Legacy Plumbing called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, went over the installation and repairs I wanted in detail, explained multiple options and pricing, quickly laid out his plan, then started working. He was very courteous and thorough throughout the visit. When his work was finished Taylor asked me to inspect everything to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the work and the amount of time it took. Working with Kris to set up my appointment and get quotes was hassle-free. This is the second time I've had used Legacy Plumbing and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I received outstanding service by Luis with Legacy Plumbing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest. Luis went above and beyond to not only address the plumbing repair inside my house but took the time to educate me on tips and preventative measures to protect my drain pipes and outdoor watering system which in turn will save me future $$$. As an additional courtesy, he checked my newly installed water heater (by a different plumbing company) and noticed that tags were left on that were a potential fire hazard. Even missed by city official. Thank you Luis for everything! Please don't ever stop providing outstanding customer service. You make a difference and we need more people like you.
