We have only kudos for Legacy Plumbing. Kelly came and serviced our home today and not only found the source of our problem but rectified it. He was professional and efficient and I would not hesitate to call him again. I was also very impressed with the customer service representative, Chris (female), who helped work us in on the short notice. She was exceptional in her communication with me, very helpful, and extremely pleasant. A good first impression of the company. From start to finish, I am a very satisfied patron.

First time using Legacy Plumbing and we totally, totally satisfied. Canon and Steven diagnosed the problem, explained in simplified detail what the problem was, as well as the possible remedies. Explaining the issue so clearly allowed us to make an informed decision and to resolve the issue. They were prompt, very knowledgeable , personable and a pleasure to do business with.
