On April 6th, Legacy service technician Mr. Johnny Olivera provided the highest quality plumbing service I have ever experienced. In the aftermath of the 2021 winter storm, our house suffered multiple water and plumbing related issues. On the day of my appointment, Johnny called early and advised me of his arrival time. Once he arrived, he methodically resolved every single item on my extensive list. He took his time to explain my options and said I would only be charged for what was needed. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all my questions and completed his work expeditiously. I will definitely use Legacy Plumbing in the future and when doing so will request Mr. Olivera.
