I received outstanding service by Luis with Legacy Plumbing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest. Luis went above and beyond to not only address the plumbing repair inside my house but took the time to educate me on tips and preventative measures to protect my drain pipes and outdoor watering system which in turn will save me future $$$. As an additional courtesy, he checked my newly installed water heater (by a different plumbing company) and noticed that tags were left on that were a potential fire hazard. Even missed by city official. Thank you Luis for everything! Please don't ever stop providing outstanding customer service. You make a difference and we need more people like you. I called another plumbing company first but they didn't answer, I'm so glad they didn't answer. These guys are top-notch from the initial phone call to the service itself. I called after 5 pm and the phone technician was very helpful in explaining what my problem might be after I told her what was going on with my sink situation. They scheduled a time to come out for the very next day. The two technicians that came out were in contact with me to let me know when they were on their way and they were extremely informative explaining what my problem was and how they were going to fix the problem. Sean and Skylar were personable, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I would recommend Legacy Plumbing to all my family and friends.
