We have only kudos for Legacy Plumbing. Kelly came and serviced our home today and not only found the source of our problem but rectified it. He was professional and efficient and I would not hesitate to call him again. I was also very impressed with the customer service representative, Chris (female), who helped work us in on the short notice. She was exceptional in her communication with me, very helpful, and extremely pleasant. A good first impression of the company. From start to finish, I am a very satisfied patron.

I received outstanding service by Luis with Legacy Plumbing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest. Luis went above and beyond to not only address the plumbing repair inside my house but took the time to educate me on tips and preventative measures to protect my drain pipes and outdoor watering system which in turn will save me future $$$. As an additional courtesy, he checked my newly installed water heater (by a different plumbing company) and noticed that tags were left on that were a potential fire hazard. Even missed by city official. Thank you Luis for everything! Please don't ever stop providing outstanding customer service. You make a difference and we need more people like you. One of your service staff, Taylor Cox, came to my home today to repair some plumbing problems I have had. I cannot say all the qualities that this young man showed to me, which were many outstanding characteristics in his expert work in fixing my plumbing problems. I highly recommend him, not only for his pleasing personality but the expertise he demonstrated while attending to my plumbing repairs.
