We have used Legacy Plumbing several times over the last couple of months and we are so in awe over their workmanship. They take pride in what they do and their customer’s satisfaction. They are a bit more expensive compared to having a handyman do the work but we are willing to pay it just for the peace of mind knowing that the job is done right. They have always been respectful, kind and courteous when in our home and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the job, when completed. They answered any and all questions that we had. We are on a fixed income and have made the mistake in the past cutting corners, wanting to save money but after all said and done, we should have gone with a licensed plumber. Kudos to Canon and Adam for an impeccable job and excellent customer service!! Kudos to the office staff as well for their due diligence in getting their customers scheduled asap, depending on the urgency of the issue at hand. They have always treated us with the utmost respect. Thank You Legacy Plumbing for everything!

I've never been very fond of reviews. I tend to be pretty skeptical of them and there are a lot of these online sites that post reviews that make it hard to really know if the reviews are real or not. I was glad to know that I could post directly to the company website so that I can compliment Legacy on the great work they do. After doing an online search and calling around to a number of companies I finally stumbled on Legacy's website and liked all of the information that was available there about the company, their technicians, their services - and even their promotions. I was very pleasantly surprised when I called to get a quote. Carmeisha, their customer service expert, is refreshingly attentive, pleasant, thorough, and efficient. She was able to get my project request on their calendar quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. Their technician, Mike, notified me ahead of arrival so I knew who was en route and when he would arrive. Once here, Mike introduced himself. He was very pleasant, very polite. He explained what the work would entail and reiterated the cost. It was indeed as I had been quoted over the phone. No surprises - and very fair. Mike was efficient, thorough, and attentive to detail. He was able to complete the work surprisingly quickly. I'm very glad that I called Legacy. Their website states they provide 'service with integrity, which was truly evident in the quality of the work as well as the integrity of the individual, Mike, the technician that did the project I called them about. Legacy is very fortunate to have someone like Mike on their team. He's not only a professional, very skilled and knowledgeable, but he's also very cordial and respectful, and his concern to explain the work and provide helpful tips on maintenance, etc., were much appreciated. I was skeptical, but the reviews about Legacy proved to be true. They're a refreshingly honest and efficient company and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them.
