Frisco, Texas— December 20, 2011—The holidays will be a little brighter for families across Frisco this year. Legacy Plumbing Inc. has partnered with Small World With Love, a local non-profit organization, to serve families in need during the holiday season.
Legacy Plumbing Inc. generously made a monetary donation to the Small World With Love organization in addition to sponsoring a child as part of the Small World Angel program.
Michelle Young, Vice President and CFO of Legacy Plumbing Inc., is excited to be able to offer a donation and participate in the Small World Angel program.
“It truly warms our heart to be able to give back to the local community that we live in and supports our business,” Young said. “We hope to work again with this charity in the coming year for other events as well.”
Mary Fadduol, Legacy Plumbing Inc. employee, volunteered over 40 hours with the Small World Angel program this year. She worked in the warehouse over the past two weeks preparing for the gift distribution on Dec. 16-18.
“It’s such a joy to be working with a great organization that’s giving back to the local community we serve,” Fadduol said smiling.
Fadduol was one of the over 50 volunteers who donated their time and resources to the Small World Angel program, helping them achieve their mission to serve the Frisco community this year.
Small World With Love is a local organization that serves underprivileged families living in Frisco Independent School District. The Small World Angel program works with Frisco ISD to create a list of families in need. Small World With Love then works with community volunteers to bring clothing and gifts to over 1,600 local children
