We called Legacy Plumbing when our water heaters seemed to be going out. They sent Brandon M. to assist us and to give us his professional opinion of our problem. Brandon was an absolute joy to work with! So professional and knowledgable and willing to answer any questions that we had. He not only took a real interest in the job itself but was equally interested in keeping us updated and informed as to what he was doing and why. I wish ALL service professionals that we have to deal with in servicing our home were like Brendon. When the job was finished, he made sure it looked and performed better than what was there when we purchased the house brand new! We couldn't be more please with Brandon and with Legacy plumbing! When it comes to plumbing... I only want Brandon to "go to" guy going forward. Such a positive experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Expertise! Mike Collard has helped us with multiple issues the past few years, even when other plumbers couldn't diagnose or fix the problems. His response time was incredible, and he arrived on time. Mike not only diagnosed the issues with a bidet toilet, a water heater, a kitchen sink, etc., but he also explained everything so we could understand. Legacy is professional and prompt. Ramone has worked with us on slab leak that was difficult to diagnose and he was able to fix it and coordinate the process. I also got a second quote and Legacy was very competitive,

We had a hotwater slab leak. I was able to get the leak temporarily stopped by shutting off the hotwater line. I had a number of companies come out to provide diagnostics and repair options. Legacy Pluming, Jake and Josh, came out and it was immediately apparent that they had a effective/proven system and process on navigating Slab Leak diagnostics and solutions compared to others who came out. The pricing was fair and it was clear they wanted to find the cost effective solution for us. Single day, 1/4 the price of the higher cost quotes. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to deal with plumbing slab leaks. They were up-to-date on all the solution options. Some of the other companies wanted to trench right away, others wanted to just reroute the entire house. Legacy identified the line, and knocked it out. Amazing.

I first contacted Legacy Plumbing in October of 2024. I was happy with the thoroughness of their process in locating our clogged drain. It was determined that we would require a tunnel under the foundation and the work was scheduled. Then tragedy hit our family with the passing of an immediate family member. Legacy allowed us to cancel the work. Now 5 months later they responded when we were ready and honored the same price and handles the job professionally and promptly.
