Great experience with Kelly. I tried to fix our shower, but when I couldn’t, my wife told me to stay in my lane and call a professional. We called Legacy plumbing based on a reference from a friend and they did not disappoint. They were able to get someone out the same day. Kelly fixed it with ease, was professional, and just oozed confidence. You just knew he’d be able to fix whatever problem you had. He came out a second time to help us with another leak. It also gave us a number of tips and showed me a few tricks – it’s those intangibles that also count.

I had a kitchen sink that was backed up and called another well-known company to fix it to the tune of $ 490. They were ultimately unable to fix it but gave me a quote of $ 10,800 to replace all plumbing. I called Legacy Plumbing and they cleaned out the lines and fixed it in under an hour! Their team showed me the lines were clear with a camera, with no damage to the plumbing lines. Matthew and his assistant were great, clean, and courteous. They were amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Legacy!

We had a water hammer noise issue that had been going on for quite sometime. After searching the internet and reading reviews we decided to call Legacy Plumbing to see if they could resolve our problem. Tony & Gerald came out and after listening to the banging of the pipes, Tony asked several questions and they inspected our system. After I mentioning that the issue seemed to start right after the replacement of the shower cartridge in the front bathroom, Tony came to the conclusion that the shower cartridge in the front bathroom might be the problem. Tony & Gerald replaced the shower cartridge and then tested the system and confirmed that the banging issue was resolved. Tony & Gerald were very professional and skilled at determining the problem to our issues and followed recommended Covid-19 safety precautions. They left the areas that they were in cleaner than when they arrived. We will absolutely call Legacy Plumbing for our next issue or plumbing needs.

Extremely well pleased with Legacy Plumbing. Called them on a Monday morning and was given an arrival time of noon. They called later and adjusted the arrival time to 11:00. Arrived on time and fixed the leaking toilet tank. Ensured the area was clean at completion of job. I highly recommend Legacy for plumbing needs. This was not the first time I have called Legacy.

Alex was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me all the options, the corresponding prices and definitely did not pressure me into anything that was not cost efficient. He did a few little extra things for no charge, gave me lots of tips and told me what to watch for. My shower faucet has never worked so well!! The next time I have a plumbing need I will definitely be calling Legacy and asking specifically for Alex!!

Many thanks to Mike and Tyler for fixing an annoying problem with our kitchen faucet. The lever on the faucet was hitting the window sill when drawing hot water. Mike and Tyler repositioned the faucet so it sat lower. It took a little “thinking out of the box” but they solved the problem without having to replace the faucet. We’re very pleased with the results. It’s great technicians like Mike and Tyler that make Legacy our go-to plumbers.

We had Legacy come out to diagnose a water leak in our shower floor. Matthew and Henry showed up within the scheduled time window. Both Matthew and Henry were very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. After diagnosing the problem, I was given several options to resolve the problem. I didn’t feel any pressure in selecting an option, we discussed the all options and selected the option that made the most sense. We’re very happy with the service and value we received. We will use Legacy again should we have plumbing problems.
