First time using Legacy... we already knew the problem, and Eric suggested ways to help our situation and gave us a quote over the phone. We were able to make an appointment fairly quickly, giving us a two hour window. We got a text stating the tech is on his way and gave us a link to his profile to view online. We felt they communicated very well, and the whole experience was great. They even offered us a 10% off! Will definitely use again. Thanks LP!
