I've never been very fond of reviews. I tend to be pretty skeptical of them and there are a lot of these online sites that post reviews that make it hard to really know if the reviews are real or not. I was glad to know that I could post directly to the company website so that I can compliment Legacy on the great work they do. After doing an online search and calling around to a number of companies I finally stumbled on Legacy's website and liked all of the information that was available there about the company, their technicians, their services - and even their promotions. I was very pleasantly surprised when I called to get a quote. Carmeisha, their customer service expert, is refreshingly attentive, pleasant, thorough, and efficient. She was able to get my project request on their calendar quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. Their technician, Mike, notified me ahead of arrival so I knew who was en route and when he would arrive. Once here, Mike introduced himself. He was very pleasant, very polite. He explained what the work would entail and reiterated the cost. It was indeed as I had been quoted over the phone. No surprises - and very fair. Mike was efficient, thorough, and attentive to detail. He was able to complete the work surprisingly quickly. I'm very glad that I called Legacy. Their website states they provide 'service with integrity, which was truly evident in the quality of the work as well as the integrity of the individual, Mike, the technician that did the project I called them about. Legacy is very fortunate to have someone like Mike on their team. He's not only a professional, very skilled and knowledgeable, but he's also very cordial and respectful, and his concern to explain the work and provide helpful tips on maintenance, etc., were much appreciated. I was skeptical, but the reviews about Legacy proved to be true. They're a refreshingly honest and efficient company and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them.
