Family Promise of Collin County has been serving homeless families with children in Collin County since 2011. They provide food, shelter, and support services to these families with children as they regain stability and independence. By mobilizing communities and existing resources to assist homeless families with children, FPOCC can provide food, shelter, and support at a third of the cost of a traditional shelter program as they regain sustainable independence. Recognizing that poverty is a multifaceted problem requiring a multidimensional response, they integrate educational outreach, innovative programming, effective policies, and the hands-on work of thousands of volunteers.
