This is the first time I have used Legacy and my experience was very positive. It started with my initial call to a lady named Meagan, who was most helpful and informative, Then, Kelly and his partner arrived (approximately 90 minutes after my call) and quickly took care of my problem. This is a "keeper" service.

Kelly M. came to our home today and it was a very positive experience that began with a courtesy call to say he was on his way and would be arriving at the previously scheduled time. Kelly explained why the things we wanted repairing weren't operating correctly and the proper solution. His work was fast and, when completed, everything works as it should. Sam and Shelby installed new half bathroom toilet for us. They were extremely professional, informative of all repairs/installation being completed, and did it all in a timely manner.
